Indian auto component manufacturer Minda Industries Limited has acquired the global lighting business of Spain-based Rinder Group for 20 million euro (around 150 crore). BMR Legal advised Minda, through a team comprising Partner Amit Khansaheb, Managing Associate Abhishek Dubey, Senior Associate Rahul Chugh and Associates Minal Madan and Nikita Arora.
