Goldman Sachs has picked up a significant ‘minority stake’ in hotel development and investment start-up SAMHI Hotels for Rs. 441 crore to help fund its growth plans. AZB & Partners acted as domestic legal counsel for Goldman Sachs and Clifford Chance, Hong Kong were the foreign legal advisors.
