US-based investment firm Fidelity has invested Rs. 257 crore in jewellery retail company PC Jeweller. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised PC Jeweller through a team led by Partner Prashant Gupta and also included Principal Associate Apurva Rai. Luthra & Luthra was the legal counsel for Fidelity; the team was led by Partner Dipti Lavya Swain. Dechert LLP acted as international legal counsel for Fidelity. PC Jeweller is one of the established players in the organized jewellery retail sector in India with 63 showrooms across 52 cities and 18 states.
